After having to cancel our Peru tour in 2020 and 2021, due to the pandemic, we are pleased to offer our escorted ESSENCE OF PERU tour in Sept 2023. In Peru, more than almost anywhere else on the planet, we can reconnect with “Pachamama”, Mother Earth and we welcome the opportunity to restore our minds, bodies and souls as we immerse ourselves in the Peace and the Spiritual energy in this land of the ancient Incas.

Our accommodation will be comfortable and authentic, having been chosen to blend in with the environment in each sector, thereby allowing us to connect with the locals and experience their lives in a more realistic way. The cuisine and the service will be first class and your experienced Tour Leader from Custom Touring will take care of everything, including luggage handling and all the tipping.

Many special excursions have been included for our travellers, but it is not mandatory to join any of them, should you prefer to take some time out.

To make the most of your time in South America, we are offering an optional add-on after the tour: 4 nights in the Peruvian Amazon in Tambopata National Reserve, in a choice of two jungle lodges. At the end of the escorted tour you would fly from Puno to Cusco (not Lima) and from there take a flight to Puerto Maldonado where your Amazon adventure will begin. This will be a private tour without a tour leader, but we will make all the arrangements for you.
